We require a cancellation notice of 24 hours before the date of check-in.

If booking for a special event (wedding parties, sports, other hosted weekend, etc.) a 7 day cancellation notice is required.

Failure to notify us after the notice timeframe listed, may result in a partial charge for your booking.

Failure to notify us at all, will result in a partial or full charge for your booking.

Please note that The Ledge maintains a strict no-pets policy. We regretfully cannot accommodate pets of any kind within our premises.

For any violation of this policy, a mandatory cleaning fee of $250 will be applied to your house.
